    Multi-year roadmaps for mobility and sales-enablement products used by 2,500+ people daily. Drove an Open API monetisation strategy across 400+ APIs, unlocking $6M of new income for a major bank. Published fintech white papers referenced by the C-suite in strategic planning.

    Amazon

    Head of Account Management, Global Selling
    Led the Global Selling function driving $150M+ in gross merchandise sales at 60% year-on-year growth. Secured budget for new regional programs, and neutralised a regulatory threat to $1B of seller revenue by mobilising cross-regional teams — retention held above 95%.

    PwC

    Associate Director, Business Transformation
    Open API implementations for three banks at 250+ TPS and 99.5% uptime. Integrated 25+ partners into core banking via microservices, onboarding a million retail customers to digital channels. Full P&L ownership across $21M of programs.
  4. 2019 – 2021

    Bandhan Bank

    Deputy Vice President, IT
    Launched a mobile micro-banking platform handling 1.8M daily transactions across 24,000 field staff. Founded the IT PMO from scratch — hired and mentored six product managers to deliver org-wide transformation programs.
  5. 2017 – 2018

    Citi

    AVP, Trade & Treasury
    Deployed SWIFT GPI across Asia and Latin America with four cross-functional teams, cutting cross-border payment tracking calls by 80%. Managed the annual program budget with full P&L accountability.

    TCS

    Assistant Consultant
    Where it started. B2B products for a tobacco company's field sales force, the first agile initiative at one of the world's top ten banks — worth $1M in savings — and a B2B2C platform built on AWS from scratch. Thirteen years of shipping across industries.
